This week's 5 From.....is a super extended version as we say goodbye to the most amazing Senior Producer EVER!

Our lovely Darren is off to satisfy his wunderlust, so after 4 years with Red Apple Creative - Darren Griffiths, here are your 5 From...

What has been your best night out with the team?

It has to be the last Christmas party. Getting Christmas jumper envy with Rob. Rapping So Solid Crew with James. Feeling sick on the dodgems with Rosie. Dancing with Nita at Jerusalem until 3am. The taxi home cost £75 but it was worth it.

Who is your favourite colleague and why?

Oh, Paul of course! He is the best boss in the whole, wide world....I can get my job back when I come home right?

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?

It has to be somewhere I haven't been before. I'd have to say Costa Rica. It has the lot - beaches, mountains, volcanoes,, jungle, wildlife and awesome weather. I'll get there one day.

If you could be invisible for the day what would you do?

I'd offer my services to the SIS or similar to try to foil any planned attacks, etc. If they don't need me I'd just walk around London tapping people on the shoulder!

Who bakes the best cakes at Red Apple Creative?

Sorry to anyone who has brought cake into the office, but Emma is the clear winner here. Her brownies are the best I've ever tasted - damnit, you've got me thinking about brownies now!

How big is your hair?

Not big enough. And yes, it is this colour naturally. And no, I'm not the milkman's son.

What are your nicknames?

I've had a few over the years but the one used most frequently is Dizzle. I prefer that to Mr Whippy, Johnny Bravo or Rhidian.

Will you miss us?

Absolutely yes. I genuinely believe that I will never work with such an awesome bunch of people again. It's just not possible in my opinion. Thank God for social media.
